个人简介

博士、教授,博士研究生导师,美国加州大学Davis分校高级研究学者、Florida大学访问教授、台湾“中央研究院”博士后。教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”入选者,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,科技部国际科技合作计划项目评审专家,中国博士后基金评审专家,教育部优秀学位论文评审专家,农业部“西南耕地保育重点实验室”学术委员会委员,重庆市学术技术带头人。担任国际期刊“Soil Ecology Letters”、“Eurasian Journal of Forest Science”以及“农业资源与环境学报”编委;担任多个国际期刊包括“Soil Biology & Biochemistry”, “Geoderma”, “Soil & Tillage Research”, “Chemosphere”, “Catena”, 以及“科学通报”、“土壤学报”、“生态学报”等学术刊物审稿人。2001年在中国科学院南京土壤所获博士学位。2003-2004年赴台湾“中央研究院”从事博士后研究,20091-4月赴英国Wales联盟学院,并应邀前往英国洛桑试验站、苏格兰作物研究所进行学术交流,2010-2011年、2016-2017年赴美国Florida大学担任高级研究学者,访问教授;2015-2016年赴美国加州大学Davis分校担任高级研究学者。主要从事土壤学的科研与教学工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”项目,重庆市自然科学基金重点项目1项,国家科技支撑项目子课题2项。发表论文80余篇,其中被SCI收录40篇,国际会议论文8篇。出版专著1部,获得国家发明专利1项。


近年主持的科研项目:

全程氨氧化细菌与亚硝酸盐氧化细菌在土壤中的生态位分化特征及影响因子研究,国家自然科学基金(编号42077035),2021-2024,主持,直接经费57万。

探索单步硝化作用在土壤硝化作用中的相对贡献,国家自然科学基金(编号41671232),2017-2020,主持,直接经费66万。

西南水旱轮作稻区高产稻田肥力变化特征及培肥耕作途径,国家重点研发计划子课题(编号2016YFD0300901),2016-2020,主持,直接经费130万。


国际合作

与美国佛罗里达大学、加州大学Davis分校、法国里昂大学、英国洛桑试验站、苏格兰作物研究所、维也纳大学、西澳大利亚大学以及台湾大学、台湾中兴大学,台湾中央研究院生物多样性研究中心等有密切的合作研究关系。



科研兴趣

研究土壤生态系统养分元素循环及其生物学机制;

研究土壤生态系统温室气体排放及其生物学机制;

研究土壤物理结构与微生物交互作用;

研究土壤微生物群落演替与进化途径及功能效应;

研究土壤微生物地理空间分布规律及驱动因子。

研究生按照以上研究方向培养,招收的研究生/博士后可到上述(国际合作)高校及研究所交流培养。
